5. ORDERS

An order is considered accepted when Nakaashi Studio confirms the order.

If an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect information supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery where applicable.

Nakaashi Studio does not store complete card or payment credentials that are processed directly by such payment providers.

8. CASH ON DELIVERY

Where Cash on Delivery ("COD") is available, the COD option may be subject to:

  • Order value
  • Courier availability
  • Serviceability of the delivery PIN code
  • Other operational restrictions

COD availability may change without prior notice.

Customers are expected to accept and pay for COD orders when delivered.

Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD availability.

9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently offer delivery within serviceable locations in India.

Delivery timelines displayed on the website are estimates and may vary depending on:

11. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

For jewellery and fashion accessories, exposure to water, perfume, chemicals, sweat, cosmetics, moisture or other substances may affect the product's appearance or finish.
