At Nakaashi Studio, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for eligible products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, personalization, and product-specific reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return or exchange:

• Customized or personalized products
• Products that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged
• Products returned without their original packaging
• Items specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs/videos of the product
• Photographs of the packaging, if applicable

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing time.

Shipping charges, COD charges, or other applicable fees may be non-refundable where applicable.

Exchange

If an eligible product qualifies for an exchange, we will provide instructions after reviewing your request.

Customized Products

Customized and personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable because they are made specifically according to the customer's requirements.

Please carefully review customization details before placing your order.

Cancellation

Order cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once an order has been processed, dispatched, or entered into production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
